HyperTop 2026

WELCOME TO HYPERTOP 2026

HYPERTOP 2026 is a focused international workshop on Advances in Shape and Topology Optimization for Hyperelastic Materials, taking place on September 23–25, 2026 in Barcelona, hosted at the CIMNE. The workshop aims to bring together researchers working on computational mechanics, nonlinear finite-strain formulations, and optimization methods tailored to hyperelastic materials, with applications ranging from soft structures and compliant mechanisms to biomechanics and advanced manufacturing. Conceived as a small, high-level scientific meeting, HYPERTOP 2026 will emphasize in-depth discussions, presentation of recent advances, and the exchange of ideas on emerging challenges and future research directions in this rapidly developing field.
